It’s all I can do to not keep running to Chef Baker’s every other day; I love the rainbow of colors in their cake display counter, and I am always in two minds about which cake to indulge in. Their blackcurrant cake is a delight: the vanilla cream makes it sweet, the blackcurrant jelly and the slivers of black currant embedded in the cake provided a lovely tartness. But the crowning glory? The shard of white chocolate on the top: superb.
